  • What Permissions / Licences Will I Need Before I Can Undertake My Project?

    The level of permission required will largely depend on the scope and scale of the projects. Typically, when undertaking any meaningful works to an existing property the following permission will need to be in place: Planning Listed Building consent Party Wall Agreements License to Alter. Local Authority Approvals At inception stages of your project, it is advisable to appoint a suitable qualified architect who will advise on the permission / licences that will be required. We can help with recommendation and appointment of suitable qualified experience architects.

  • How Long Will My Project Take To Complete?

    Our construction projects typically take between 12 to 18 months to complete, this largely depends on the level of design information and specification. We strongly advise our clients to engage with us from the onset as early involvement has massive benefits for the client in relation to budget and programme certainty. We will lead the design process to facilitate the client’s budget and give the client a high level of cost certainty before commencing on site.

  • I Am Unsure Of The Cost Of My Home Project, Can You Assist Me With Commercial Planning?

    We can provide with confidence a cost appraisal to advise you on a detailed budget which one would expect to meet your requirements. We are also able to, through our Design lead approach, ensure that the design is tailored to a budget.

  • My New Home Has Lots More Plant And Equipment Than I Am Used To, How Do I Manage It All?

    We offer a full service through our Aftercare packages. We understand that maintenance of new equipment can be overwhelming at times, so we aim to take the stresses of this away. Our Aftercare packages also take care of the full maintenance to all aspects of your house, almost like a tick-box wish list. Although we have handed your home back to you, we are still here to continue to support you.

  • How Will I Know My Project Is On Programme And Budget?

    When a client intrusts us to deliver their project, we see it as our personal responsibility to deliver their home on budget, programme and to an exceptional standard. We are hands on and remain very close to the coal face of the business and are fully transparent on the status of the project.   • How Will I Be Able To Track The Progress Of My Project?

    We carry out a weekly report where we report on the progress on each of the above key monitoring tools. We have implemented into the business a cloud-based project management tool to which all project stakeholders have access. This allows any member of the team to see real time status of the project with a series of progress photos and digital walk throughs. Many of our overseas client love this system as they can access all the real time project information on the app on their phone.

  • What Is My Expenditure Each Month?

    Our commercial team will work closely with you advising you prior the project on a monthly draw down in line with the programme of works, so that you can clearly see in advance of any and all payments.

  • Bespoke Abodes London Didn’t Refurbish My Home But We Are Interested In Your Aftercare Packages, Can We Still Buy Them?

    Of course, our packages are available to all home owners who are in need. We will need to survey your property, review the installations and any O&M manuals which are present before we can tailor a package specific to your property.
